I assist clients with career management. For instance career transition coaching enables coachees to more effectively manage their integration into a new position and/or company; in moving between companies,assist coachees to identify and pursue their ideal work preferences, tailored to their strengths and values; and help mature coachees to plan and prepare for retirement, beyond financial planning and health cover. Career Management coaching assists coachees to conduct meaningful career assessments explore options and plan for future advancement, consistent with their motivation and strengths. I have 22 years of experience in these areas.
Over 20 years in the corporate world, including Sales, Marketing and Human Resources; my last corporate position was as Head of Human Resources in a US multinational in South Africa. Thereafter, over 22 years in consulting and coaching over a wide range of industries, including FMCG, Manufacturing, ITC and telecoms, banking and financial services, petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, airlines, mining, services sector and agri-sciences industries, amongst others. My international experience includes consulting to and working with clients in Kenya, Ghana, Ivory Coast and Namibia. I have also tele-coached clients in Nigeria, Zambia, DRC, Cameroon and Dar es Salaam.
