Frequently Asked Questions

HOW LONG DOES coaching TAKE?

Sessions should take place every 3 to 4 weeks. Sessions generally last 1½ hours, but can be as short or as long as you require.

How do I know which coach is right for me?

We understand the importance of a good match between coach and client. We are very experienced at doing this. A lead coach will meet with each potential client, explain to them how the process works and assess from their discussion, who from our large team would be the best match.

The lead coach will then organize a chemistry session to determine each party’s comfort with the coaching relationship and clarify any outstanding issues that need to be addressed in preparation for the coaching process.

Do You Offer Ongoing Consulting Services?

We work on a retainer and the coach is available for contact whenever issues arise in-between regular sessions. This is normally by telephone, SMS, email, Skype or additional face-to-face sessions.
