How does my career experience add value to what I bring to client relationships?
Prior to transitioning to coaching and consulting, I worked for over 20 years in various project and program management and leadership roles in the fields of global education, international development cooperation, and socio-economic impact.
My experience cuts across governmental and non-governmental organisations as well as broader innovation systems including academia and corporates.
I have led business development and strategic partnership processes across all levels in organisations and broader national, regional, and global systems.
My career includes education, advocacy, and development in gender, disability, and anti-racism as well as business development in the information society/ICT for development, local economy, health, and education.

My professional experience, ethics, qualifications, and passion for people empowerment qualify me to work with Change Partners. I’m a certified coach, Coaches and Mentors of
South Africa (COMENSA) credentialed practitioner. I hold a MSc from the University of Helsinki. I coach in English and Finnish languages.
