Over the past 25 years, I have been working with seasoned executives in the field of Leadership and Organisation Development in large corporate organisations across industries. I have a passion for enabling leaders to crystallise their vision and build cohesive leadership teams with the ability to implement strategy across the organisation through adopting an inherent human values-driven approach.
My experience equips me to appreciate the dynamic context within which my clients are working and to understand their challenges and opportunities at both an individual and organisational level.

I am a qualified certified Executive Coach (COMENSA) and a practicing Industrial Psychologist (HPCSA) and am fully committed to ongoing supervision as a basis for my own ethical practice.
